I would give them 10 stars if I could. Patient, kind, and extremely helpful. I had changed my insurance to Kaiser (yuck) and they refused to pay for the brand name medicine I was taking, ToprolXL, for my palpitations. I was with Walgreens which seemed like an eternity, and they were not very helpful. I decided to switch my pharmacy to West Pasco Pharmacy, which honestly was the best decision ever. After talking with the pharmacist, who by the way is amazing, as is her husband, she came up with a solution that noone else could. First she was going to see if she could give me a good cash price, and she did try. I had been taking this particular medication for 17 years and was nervous about taking anything new. She was so empathetic and said she would figure something out. She called me and told me she did some research and found an authorized generic for my medication. It was EXACTLY 💯 the same medication but at a generic price. I was so grateful and cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. It's not like walgreens because it is family owned and they truly care about each one of their patients. I highly recommend this place. So instead if paying $372 for 90 pills I am paying $11.77. That is a no brainer!!

The staff went above and beyond to ease the fear of needles from my little one this week with patience and kindness. I highly recommend any other parents in similar situations to go here. We had to make two visits to succeed in the vaccination, and were allowed to sit and calm down as long as needed. The office was quiet which also helped. Ultimately we were able to convince the kido to receive the vaccine, and we are so grateful for the great customer service and knowledgeable vaccine administration to help us succeed. Thank you for being a small business that cares about our community kids and having the time to help my little one get her vaccine this week.

West Pasco Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in Pasco, WA! The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any of your questions. Definitely recommend visiting them for any of your pharmacy needs!

I absolutely adore the staff at West Pasco Pharmacy!!! I switched over when they opened and I have been so happy that I did. They are always kind and make me feel welcome every time I go in. They even called to check on me when I was having surgery to see how I was doing 🥰 I can't say enough how wonderful they are!! Thank you for being the best Pharmacy and the sweetest people 🥰

I've been going to this pharmacy for months, and every detail of my experience has been fantastic. When I came in during their grand opening they knew me by name, made me feel like family and even gave me a party bag. My co-pays didn't change at all when I switched either. I don't review all that often but they deserve all the stars.
